While Panther Lake Camping Resort is known for its wide array of activities and amenities included in the stay, specific, ongoing "promotions or special offers" that function as discounted rates are not prominently advertised as standalone deals. Instead, the value of a stay at Panther Lake often comes from the comprehensive nature of the resort and its packed activity schedule, especially during themed weekends.
However, potential visitors from New Jersey should always consider a few avenues for possible savings or added value:
- Seasonal Rates: Camping resorts typically have varying rates based on the season (peak vs. off-peak) and the length of your stay (daily, weekly, seasonal). Booking during shoulder seasons (spring or fall) might offer slightly lower rates compared to the height of summer.
- Booking in Advance: While not a discount, booking well in advance, especially for popular weekends or specific cabin types, secures your desired spot and can sometimes prevent price increases that occur closer to the date due to demand.
- Themed Weekends: The resort frequently hosts themed weekends and special events. While these may not be "promotions" in terms of reduced cost, they offer significant added value through enhanced entertainment and unique experiences (like candy bag hunts for kids, casino nights, or live music) that are often included in the standard stay fee. Checking the resort's event calendar for these themed weekends can help you plan a trip that maximizes the fun and activities for your family.
- Membership Discounts: While not explicitly stated for Panther Lake, many campgrounds offer discounts for members of camping associations (e.g., Good Sam Club, AAA). It is always worthwhile to inquire if they participate in any such programs when making a reservation.
- Newsletter or Social Media: Staying connected with Panther Lake Camping Resort through their official website, email newsletters, or social media channels (if available) might provide early access to any limited-time offers or announcements about special packages.
For the most current information on pricing, availability, and any potential offers, New Jersey locals are always encouraged to visit the official Panther Lake Camping Resort website or contact their reservations team directly. The emphasis at Panther Lake appears to be on delivering a high-value, amenity-rich experience rather than constant price reductions, with the extensive list of activities and facilities acting as the primary draw.

Panther Lake Camping Resort Reviews
Excellent place to stay for a weekend or the whole season! The entire staff is very friendly and nice! The campground is well maintained and family/pet friendly! They have very friendly security driving around at night, which makes it feel even more safe.
Jun 07, 2025 · George BamberaThis place is wonderful! We have a popup, but we decided to rent a premiere cabin. I enjoyed my stay so much that I'd almost like to leave out some criticism, but I won't because that's important too. For a whole 24 hours, the running water smelled like sulfur. It could be because the water hadn't been used much prior to us arriving. If you're an avid camper, you've probably experienced this at some point. There was also a serious carpenter bee issue on the cabin porch. I personally don't mind them. However, my husband is allergic to bees, so he was uneasy. Unfortunately, inside the cabin, there were two hornets 24 hours apart. My husband did get stung & he treated himself with medication. Now the reason I give it 5 stars: 1) They are super dog friendly. We normally have to board our dog, this time he could come with us! We had no problem walking him all around the campground & on the hiking trail. There were quite a few campers who let their dogs off leash at their cabin. Which is not ideal and should be enforced more. 2) The location is beautiful! I hope I can upload some pics. 3) the staff is friendly and attentive. 4) Tons of fun activities for the kids! They had a candy bag flashlight hunt for the kids the last night I was there, & my daughter was so excited to participate. Overall, it's a great spot & we'll be going back.
May 15, 2025 · Mary AustinHadn't been there in 15+ yrs.It was very nice then and many nice upgrades now. The ladies at the office were exceptional. This is a campground, not a hotel.
May 28, 2025 · K.B. ogdenLocated in Andover New Jersey this is a lovely campground . Beautiful grounds . Panther lake is absolutely beautiful . The beach area here is clean and kept very neatly . The office staff was amazing as well . They have Mini golf a basketball court basketball canoes a pool they have it all . It’s a kids playground and a parents relaxation time . There are no rooms located at this campground only cabins and campers are there . If you get the chance to camp here do so you won’t regret it .Edit to my prior review ; My daughter and her spouse and baby 1.5 yrs of age came to visit us for 6days and I informed the office so that I could pay whatever fee needed . Now remind you they weren’t staying with us they have a hotel room so for them to just get a gate code to get in and out with was 120.00 for 6 days . The employees said “ Well they are able to use our amenities at the campground such as paddle boats (water is cold ) or play tennis and golf ..Needless to say we can’t do any of those with a 1.5yr old but the playground .i just think that 120.00 for 6days for my child to drive in and out of here to visit us daily is a little steep of a price .it even almost feels greedy to me .
Oct 06, 2024 · Foxxy Loxxy 01Admittedly based on previous reviews I was extremely hesitant about booking here. BUT now that the new owners took over we are extremely happy that we did. Our stay was over Memorial Day Weekend 2024 and we were not disappointed. The staff was patient during reservations and very helpful. The campground is clean, family and pet friendly and the roads are perfect for a leisure bike ride and/or walk. There are plenty of activities to be done both on and off the lake. The pool is quite nice despite not testing the waters. Too cold for me. All of the kids didn't seem to mind. Conveniently located about 10 minutes off of Route 80 depending on traffic. Apologies for only 1 pic of the lake. This place was so relaxing we hit the lawn chairs on Friday afternoon and didn't get out until Monday morning lol. A strip mall with a shop rite is 2 minutes should you need any last minute items. I highly recommend bringing leveling blocks because some sites need them way more than others depending on where you are located. We will definitely return.
