Nice place for a getaway. You'll have decent phone service with T-Mobile, Verizon, and AT&T. There's a bath house with toilets and showers and also a port-o-potty towards the back half of the ranch. The port-o-potty was very clean on a Friday. Look like they have it serviced once a week on Wednesdays.Be sure to check the local counties website for current burn ban regulations.Even if there is a burn ban you are legally allowed to have a fire as long as you are cooking with it. - Dietrich
