Jul 02, 2025 · uri chemerinskiWe really enjoyed this park. They have a variety of trails to choose from. We hiked the Enclosure trail and the waterfalls were beautiful, but beware of some of the path cliffs. The shower/restroom building seemed new and was very clean. The other facility is restrooms only. Dominic the Ranger was very friendly and helpful. The only small downsize was the narrow pavement in the sites as you can see from a couple of the pictures below. There was a mix of campers and tents. We stayed here while we went to the Craft show in Bell Buckle.
Nov 02, 2024 · Karen CowanNice paved camp sites. Newer bath house with plenty of hot water. There is no gate at this campground and my husband and I both feel there are outsiders coming in to use the showers who are not paying guests. Without a gate or camp host this is likely to happen. Other than that...simple, clean and heavily shaded. Don't miss walking the Old Stone Fort trail...it's stunning.
May 15, 2024 · A. J-VeneyFairly good camping experience. Trails were nice and well marked. Multiple waterfalls that can be heard from the trails before you see them. Campsites were well maintained and cleaned. Fire pits and picnic tables are installed behind the camper parking which was nice. The sites are very tight though, we weren't able to open our canopy, and had to park the truck at an angle to stay off the roadway. All in all a nice place to stay.
