Old Herrera Ranch Reviews
I love Old Herrera Ranch! My family, pup, and I have been back multiple times. Usually we’re the only ones there and have the gorgeous riverfront all to ourselves.
Feb 06, 2025 · LauraI've camped here twice when I kayaked the Medina river with friends. You can kayak from the campground to the Medina River Natural Area, 5 miles. We loved camping here and learning about the rich history this place has. We were mostly the only ones on the land and river. Such a secluded hidden gem.
Feb 07, 2025 · Ricky RestrepoWe had the best time exploring this site and trying to learn all the history here. Theres a great view of the stars just outside the city. We enjoyed camping but drove to tacos just down the road in the morning. Theres an unrestored dancehall on the property that is quite the experience. The host has done a fantastic job of cleaning up the site while leaving the buildings untouched. Thank you for sharing!
