Jun 19, 2025 · C. Devin HoeyNice little campground with beautiful features and a staff that is friendly and amazing! We were celebrating our mom's 87th birthday on this trip, and while trying to get a picture of ourselves with my phone propped against a rock, the lady from the office (we didn't get her name - sorry!) saw our plight and offered to take a picture for us. Moses rode up at the same time and then offered to give us a tour of the park's lake and wedding venue. Due to our mom being in a wheelchair, he gave her - and then all of us - a ride in his utility buggy. What a blessing Moses was to us! If we're ever in this area again, we'll definitely stay here! The only issue we had was that the connection for dumping was a little too high at our site and the park is real close to the freeway.
Jun 23, 2025 · Thomas WalshNice place. Off season, we stopped one night. Lots of open sites, beautiful little river along with mature trees, kid friendly and pet area. Love the patio sites with great Adirondack chairs and fire pit with brick so it isn't muddy when it rains. Cute store with a few essentials/ wine. The sites are pretty tight and close together. Womans' showers/bathrooms were just fixed/tile, so we had to use the men's. If we were warned beforehand, it might have been better.
Apr 13, 2025 · S7Wa GThis campground is beautiful. Lots of things to do around the camp ground. Disc golf, a fishing pond, and even a Dog Park for your. Oh and don't forget the in ground swimming pool. I absolutely love working for this facility, so many friendly faces, and everyone is always smiling. Highly recommend making reservations here.
May 22, 2025 · Joseph SimmonsI wish I could give this place 5 stars . But I can’t . For the most part the staff was great . The lady that checked us in was great . Then the fun began . We was put on a site that was way out of wack which took us almost 2 hours to level a camper with auto level . We hooked up to power . Had 0 power at 50 amp service our surge protector said that we was missing 20 at the box . Took a chance and hooked up to 30 . We had 30 amp but kept tripping the breaker . We end up running our generator just so we could stay cool . Huge safety issue we didn’t want to take a chance with our family in the camper . The next morning my husband got up and went on the golf cart to try to find the pond for us to take our children fishing . He came back and parked the golf cart about 15 mins later a young girl and her boyfriend came up to the campsite and said we was not aloud to use our golf cart ok that is fine . Also reminded my husband that check out was at 11am this was 9 am . We felt as if we was being rushed off a site we paid for . At that point I was done and ready to leave we packed up our camper and was done . While packing up a sweet gentleman that was a maintenance man came over and informed us that he had told multiple people that this site was not good for a big fifth wheel and that the electric had been messed up for awhile . He also informed us that there was plenty of open sites our camper would have fit just fine .before we left I went to the office and spoke to the lady there . She was very nice and said she would have the manager call me . At this point I have not herd from the manager .I hate leaving bad reviews but this was suppose to be a relaxing stay with our children and we was going to extend our stay by a day but choose that we had delt with enough at that point and choose to move on and stay some where else . And we all that camp know that is not an easy task with a 45 ft camper and 4 kids .Other then that the facilities we got to see was nice and clean.
