Mountain Creek Campground Reviews
Been camping here since I was a a toddler. I have come back and brought my children as well. A great family place that has evolved and continues to do so many great things. A pool, volleyball court, a creek with fish and swimming. Only knock is I have always wished there was more bathhouses. Overall a great place with so many activities for young and old.
May 19, 2025 · matt freeseLook this camp ground could have easily been a 5. The only reason I am giving it a 4 is some easy updates could really knock this place out of the park. Some of these updates include, a new basketball hoop/net/backboard, an arcade refresh (love some of the OLD games but for nostalgia they have to work), pool and mini pool refresh, pool water check both chemicals and water, shower refresh. With that being said, the grounds are beautiful. Very clean and coordinated with signs and gravel paths, firewood delivery is a nice touch for a reasonable price, gift shop stocked and bonus Hershey's ice cream in many flavors by the cone or the cup, the rental RVs are great, the tent site areas are large and clean, and the evenings are peaceful.
Mar 27, 2025 · Scott LThis is a wonderful campground! Amazingly stocked camp store. Nice pool and kiddy pool. Good sized playground. Bathrooms and showers were always clean and always had an endless supply of hot water. Great activities for kids. Mini golf was fun. WiFi was so/so, but could personally careless if it worked or not. Camping is a time to disconnect, not connect. Was here for Christmas in July then back for trick or treating Halloween in the fall. Kids loved the golf cart parades and activities. Will definitely be back in ‘25!!
Nov 23, 2024 · Jason HallThis is a beautiful campground, nice scenery with a accessable creek. Friendly staff who will assist you if necessary. The only complaint, camper etiquette. Vehicles going over 5 mph, don't yield as addressed in rules.Positives, nice pool and play ground and events will keep you entertained.
Sep 10, 2024 · Travis WolfIn our opinion, Mountain Creek is the most beautiful campground in Pennsylvania. If they had more sites with sewer, it would be perfect. Honey pot service is available, but traveling with a couple of 8 yr olds tends to fill tanks up quickly. The crab feast wasn't quite what we've come to expect over our past 6 yrs, but I'm sure they'll figure out the issues til next year.
