★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1This place is one of my all time favorites! My family and I have been coming here for years. We stay in the cabins by the lake and spend our days hiking, fishing, swimming, and enjoying the amazing views and our nights staring at the stars and moon.If you are looking for full service resort or have issues actually camping, this place isn't for you.If you are looking for real, in tune with nature camping (with the bonus of showers, toilets, decent beds, and an amazingly accommodating staff) then this will become one of your favorites.Just don't tell everyone ;). . . July 08 · Mr RogersWe went after the resort and cabins were closed for the season. We saw about a dozen people that morning. Elk were bugling when we first got there. We caught a couple of small trout using lures and had a good time.
November 10 · Lisa JensenFirst time camping and it was a great place, super friendly host and clean campground. Will be back next year for sure.
September 05 · StephenLake was low due to lack of rain. Even so spectacular views along with many birds.
July 17 · bill croweBeautiful mountain scenery. The camp ground is really nice and well maintained. Our kids enjoyed the sand and I relaxed on the fishing kayak. Then once home, we vacuumed all the sand out of the car, lol. There are no bathroom facilities around the lake, so bring a Porta-potty.
