This is an absolutely gorgeous campsite. It is located within the grounds of lovely Montreat. Part of the road was washed away during hurricane Helene but it is open now but still being repaired. I was able to navigate it on a big motorcycle. My tent site #2 is right next to a stream. The area is well shaded and cool but muggy. Check in at the Inn at Montreat or reserve online at least a day ahead of time. - Stephen
