We didn't see any our first day hiking in from Pelican Valley but there was plenty of scat on the trail to let us know that they were definitely there. We woke up the next morning and had a large grizzly walk out about 200 yards from us. He knew we were there but didn't care. Also saw a mom and three black bear cubs. - Chris McCord
