Manton Trails RV Park & Campground Reviews
Very friendly and accommodating staff! I most appreciated the shower house. It was large and would not feel cramped if there were many people using it. The shower stalls were also large and felt quite private with a dressing area with curtain and chair and two hooks to hang clothes and towels. The shower area also had a curtain to separate it from the dressing area. The shower water had good and consistent pressure and temperature was easily adjusted. The shower appeared to be recently painted as well. Based on my experience with the showers, I would recommend the Manton RV Park & Campground.
Jun 02, 2025 · Mark TangenVery peaceful campground. Loved all the trees for shade. We really appreciated that the bathrooms were so spacious and clean. We were camping in the area for trail riding and were definitely able to connect to great trails in the Manistee National Forest as well as state land trails. Next time we're riding in that area we will definitely camp at Manton Trails Park.
Jun 12, 2025 · Melinda FairfieldWe were looking for a location close to Buckley that accepted dogs and was available for only one night. Manton Hotel fit the bill very nicely. It's a very basic hotel with everything you need in a quiet peaceful location. We saw a lot of wildlife in the area and our host was very attentive, informative, and accommodating.
Jun 16, 2025 · Linda HulseWe stayed in the campgrounds for a week. There was noone ever in the office for help or advice on how to get to the trails they advertise for. Or what towns nearby were atv friendly. Every other place we have stayed was full of info for the riders that stayed. You had to call when you got there to check in. The bathrooms were nice. The sites were good sized. The bugs were horrible. Not their fault I know. No playground equipment for children.
Jun 11, 2025 · marlo stevensUsed the hotel as a base for attending the Bentley Old Engine Show in August 2024. Directions to the site and entry were great. Good online and phone communication. Room was excellent for our needs. One person was in a wheelchair. Although the room (#11) was not advertised as accessible, he was able to access the building, room, bathroom and bed. Having grab bars by the toilet would have helped. Having the option of AC or an open window was great. Quiet, clean, great coffee, TV, wifi, comfortable beds all appreciated.
