★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1A wonderful tucked away campsite with a creek that runs through. Listening to the running water was so peaceful. We were able to park our 28 foot trailer. It was tight, but manageable. Plenty of trees to put up a hammock or swing. Josh is the camp host and takes great care of the site. He's great to work with, courteous and very helpful.
July 01 · Cecilia CampbellLoved staying at Lodge for a few days!!The campground was well maintained with out toilets, water access throughout the camp grounds, and a beautiful little stream with plenty of Brooke trout to be seen!!It was $27 a night either cash or check!Loved the stay and will certainly be coming back!!!
May 13 · Johanna PeelDefinitely off the beaten path for campgrounds. Good spot and "is first come first serve" - so it fills up fast and you can't reserve online. It is usually quiet and has a little stream close by with LOTS of tree cover. If you can maneuver a bumper pull trailer REALLY well, its a good spot for that too. Restrooms are minimal with only toilet - nonflushing - outhouse style. Firepit is good size for small family/group. I pulled a 26' trailer and backed it into the spot. Saw a few deer and squirrels. Will be going back!
September 09 · Steve EarlJosh is an amazing campground host. He does more to keep the camp presentable than any other host I have seen. He was frequently cutting down weeds in the campsites. He made sure to pay us a visit and get to know us. Bathrooms were the cleanest I have seen in a long time. After the campground was full he posted a sign on the gate to help reduce traffic. Over all he is a 10+ in my book.
July 19 · Rick TuftsJosh, the host kept the campground clean. VERY nice to camp there, we stayed a week. grandkids could play and the bathrooms did NOT stink. very very nice. glad to find this gem in the my favorite canyon.
