Jun 15, 2025 · Scott OlsonThis was a great getaway in late fall. It was cold, but the camper kept me warm. It was very peaceful and a wonderful quick getaway.
Nov 03, 2024 · Leanna HBeautiful campground right off the hiway, most of the sites are primitive beyond the initial loop as you drive in...roads could use some work here and thete but really cool spots up in the hills!
Jul 03, 2025 · Full Faith RepairPretty, quiet and nicely maintained…but don’t believe it when they say they have water and a camp host. We’re one day after Labor Day and everything is turned off-but there’s certainly no reduction in the $20 fee for a rustic site and no notice posted. The rustic sites are not well marked-they’re up above and behind the powered sites closer to the road. The unpaved road through some of the more remote rustic sites was not too bad, but only good for cars and smallish rvs. Little black flies were pretty intense.
Sep 03, 2024 · Martha PearsonBeautiful campground with nature trails and fun things to do. Will definitely be camping out next year in the secluded primitive spots!! Just to warn though you'll be roughing it a bit here. There is no bath house or facilities with running water. Only water available is threw a couple designated spigots located on the grounds. Also cell reception is quite rough but I took it as a plus!
