Laurel Highlands Camplands LLC Reviews
This was the second campground we were at after buying our camper last year. Came back again this year and I have to give this campground 5 stars. The people have been helpful both times, plenty of playgrounds, basketball courts, pools and everything for the kids. The value for the price per night is absolutely awesome. One of the best hidden gems in PA!
Aug 31, 2024 · Brett GumpTHIS IS A RUSTIC SITE REVIEW ONLYI am a tent person. Love tent camping. When I saw it was offered here with the other amenities I was excited. That didn't last long. As you can see from the photos the last time the bathroom for the rustic site was cleaned is questionable at best. Then there's the campsites. These hills are supposed to comfortably hold 10 sites. If you've ever put up a tent, you know they need level ground.Again, that is not the case. Not only is there's only enough level space for about 3-4 tents, with 10 "spots" filled rustic campers wouldn't have any parking. There's an ATV trail that would be beautiful to hike, if the locals hadn't dumped piles upon piles of garbage back there along them.Between the 10 spots there are two stone fire pits and half of a picnic table. I'm not exaggerating, check the photos.Compound all of this with the fact that the rustic sites are directly behind the dumpsters and the waste water treatment building, and you quickly "upgrade" to a spot designated for a camper trailer. The camper trailer area is a parking lot for campers. Nothing more or less. No shade. No trails. Just a lot of people riding around on golf carts. Definitely NOT tent friendly.
Jun 23, 2024 · Batt GamingBathrooms are very clean. Front staff very friendly. Camp is only 50 minutes (without traffic) from PPG Arena. Ample spaces available to camp on a Sunday.
Sep 30, 2024 · Patricia FuentesWhat l most like about the Campland is you are able to enter and exit with no problems. The Campland is not only a seasonal camping place, but also a place you can lived all year. They have activities all year long not only for the campers but also for the people who lived there. They maintained the property on a regular basis.
Jun 08, 2024 · Marie MainLocation is convenient off the PA Turnpike- but it does give the impression more of a trailer park instead of campground. No trees to speak of - but the pool is HUGE and was kept open late.
