Lakeshore RV Park Reviews
Nice place to get off the road. It is quiet... didn't hear any cars until 0830ish. No lights to keep you awake. Just you and the frogs and crickets. Campsites have spaces in a well maintained mobile home park. Used the GPS to find it and true to form it brought us in on the least desirable route. DON'T TAKE FOURTH STREET it's a trap for the tired and lazy :-). Instead go to first street and make the turn. First street is paved... fourth is not. In addition to the pavement issue the bend between fourth and Wilson is soggy on a dry day. You big rigs are taking chances. It is extremely dark here at night. Mature trees at the back of the sites do don't go back too far. It's actually an attractive little place. It's on my list of places to use in the future. Would consider a long term rental as well.
Aug 26, 2019 · rangerleeWe travel the US going from job to job. We stayed here for several weeks! This a nice quiet little town. The campground is clean, quiet, no one bothers you. Paying for our stay was easy and convenient online and the owner is good to respond to texts. If we ever come this way again, we will definitely stay here.
Apr 17, 2024 · DeAnn LittrellMy wife and I both grew up in Geneva. Lakeshore RV Park was originally a Park for Trailer Houses. The current owners do very little to improve the property. There are “No Ammenites”. The Manager has no Customer Service skills. Her big thing is parking 3’ from the grass(there is only weeds) on their uneven rock sites. We were planning on staying the entire summer. But after she sent me an email accusing us for “Squatting”, we pulled out. $157 a week is ridiculous. Avoid this RV Park.
Oct 22, 2024 · William NevilleWe got here after dark, and taking the advice of another reviewer, used the 1st Street entrance. We were able to use the online payment system, which was very convenient since it was after-hours. It was very quiet, save for the sounds of bullfrogs and crickets. This was a simple but pleasant place to spend a night with a level spot and 50 or 30 amp service.
Jun 23, 2020 · Jill OstlundQuiet little park in a quiet little town. It was just what we needed. Geneva is a small town, so if you prefer to be close to things this place might be a little far removed for you. Otherwise it's a wonderful place to park yourself and enjoy the country quiet.
