Lakeshore Camp Resort Reviews
I would not recommend staying here. Had a reservation for this past weekend (staying 1 night on our way back home from a week long trip). We arrived a bit early and tried to see if we could check in early. Girl at the front gate told us that we would not be able to so. I understand that early check-ins are not always accommodated but what we couldn't understand is why we couldn't at least go through the gate to turn around. Instead, we had to back up with cars behind us. Shortly after doing so, another camper arrived for what appeared to be an early check-in and they appeared to be let in. After not being allowed to come through just to turn around and the appearance of the place (the area seems very shady/run down) we decided to forgo our reservation and drive the rest of the way home. Was not impressed and would not recommend.
Jun 24, 2025 · Jaime KerpashI drove 2 hours with my family to this location to immediately turn around and go home. I pulled up to the neighbors using my site as a parking lot. This is a low end trailer park with ghetto in the middle of a ghetto.
Jun 22, 2025 · Chad SextonPlace is garbage . 500 people running around with lights on golf carts yelling at people for driving over a line in order to load up our camp belongings. Tried to park in required parking then told we couldn’t because of car wash. Had handicap family that was not able to walk 200 yards carrying food and lawn chairs. You give people authority that has never had any, then they take advantage of others. Fix your board members
