Lake View Campground Reviews
This served as a stopping point on a family trip to the southwest. Tent sites are pretty exposed with little available shade. There are restrooms and drinking water available, however. A neighboring camper rolled up with an inflatable projector screen to watch a movie nearly to midnight. The campground host was nowhere to be found in enforcing quiet hours. We had an otherwise enjoyable stay.
Jul 05, 2025 · Adam HayesWe stayed for 10 days in May. BEAUTIFUL peaceful campground. Very well maintained with nice clean showers and bathrooms. The only reason I did not give a 5 star rating is because the water system, both park water taps and bathrooms, stops working frequently particularly on the weekends (higher occupancy). The camp host was responsive and helpful with each report of outage but blamed the campers for using too much water. Clearly something needs to be upgraded in the system to ensure reliability. Also there is no emergency number on weekends for assistance if the campground host is unavailable.
May 11, 2025 · Lorraine ThompsonNice decent size sites. Not too close to a neighbor's site. Nice trail along upper campgrounds, with several small walking bridges along the way. Peaceful.
May 17, 2025 · Kate GallandSpacious electric sites with picnic table and fire pit; short walk to the lake
Jul 07, 2025 · Cliff BirdsellGreat beautiful clean campground. Be aware of water and dump - it is not in every lot . Such a beautiful place though !
