Lake Sylvia Campground Reviews
We really like Lake Sylvia campground and swimming area. The restrooms are very clean, and the new playground area is fun for kids. In the summer, the chiggers are bad so make sure to apply insect repellent when walking around the area. The campground is changing to an online payment system for reservations, and the old payment station at the campground entrance is now gone.
Jul 02, 2025 · Steve CWe just spent 3 days there and we loved it! Quiet. Peaceful. Very clean restrooms. Hot showers. And definitely hike up to the dam! There's a beautiful old fireplace and cave on the trail!
Jun 13, 2024 · April BlairThis place is a HIDDEN GEM just 45 minutes outside of little rock. Meticulously maintained by the STATE... the playground is new, the swim beach has a pier you can jump off of, you can tie in to the Ouachita trail, you can fish, you can kayak, THERE IS WIFI. Amazing campground with friendly staff.
Jun 01, 2025 · Angela GrimesThis is a nice quite camp ground, was not busy when I went there. Clean bathrooms and they have power and water at certain spots, 1-14 I believe. You can buy some gravel roads right off the campsite if you're looking for some offroading. I will definitely be back.
Feb 27, 2024 · Nate GrimmThis is a gem of a place to come stay at. Beautiful and serene. Very clean and the bed was actually very comfortable. The cons would be no stove for cooking in the cabins and you have to unload and walk your stuff in to the cabin. But they have carts to use. We will be back!
