Kilchis River County Campground Reviews
My husband and I went camping for our anniversary, We brought our dog along and had such an amazing time. The bathrooms were kept clean and being close to the river was absolutely perfect! We just wished we had 1 more night there. We will definitely be back again for another trip!
Jul 14, 2024 · Tarah WilsonAmazing state park with a sweet park host. The place is beautiful and has a very long trail that’s next to a river. The park facilities are very clean and regularly maintained.
Sep 30, 2023 · BrunoThe rates for the campground have increased by a fair bit and it is pretty expensive for dry camping. That said the campground is well maintained and very pretty. The river is gorgeous and the experience was top notch. Fires are allowed in the pits only, but they're big so thats not a problem. The on-site staff are a bit rough around the edges but they have a lot to deal with so we tried to cut them some slack. Clean out your fire pit and campsite when you leave!
Aug 01, 2021 · Payton KWe’ve been coming here for 30+ years. We always love our trips. We’ve had issues in the past with Camp Hosts but the last two years with Ronni and Tim have been amazing. I will be sad to see them go at the end of the season. They have a lot on their plate with all of the restrictions but are handling everything so well. They are super friendly and truly made our experience this year wonderful.
Sep 13, 2021 · Melissa SauerWell groomed campsites, friendly hosts. The only complaint was the showers need to be pointed outward a little more. I had to crouch down and place my head on the wall to wash my hair.It would be nice if more water spigots were placed closer to front sites
