Kaspian Recreation Area Reviews
It is a beautiful place, we stayed here in early August, the bathroom is rustic. We saw a bear 2 nights, you should be careful with your belongings and keep them in the safes.
Jun 14, 2024 · Carmen SeguelLOVED this campground. Site 5 has a great view of the lake and is pretty close to the restroom and water source. The road noise took some getting used to but for the proximity to the lake, it was worth it.The camp host was very friendly and available to answer questions.
May 28, 2024 · Maria CSmall campground around 9 spots I think. This is a walk-in so be aware of that. You cannot load/unload your car at your campground. We had spot 9 which has a convenient side trail access, but is also the farthest from the parking lot. Our campground had plenty of shade and was huge, but that might have been because so many other sites were no-shows. This campground is right by the main road so there is some noise, but its worth it to be right across from the beach (beach is rocky so bring water shoes). The bathrooms were clean and stocked with toilet paper, and the hosts were super friendly. Please be aware, that as of end of June 2021, there are NO CAMPFIRES ALLOWED (restrictions in place for the entire area i believe) and NO POTABLE WATER, so bring your own.
Jun 30, 2021 · Chris WhippleGlorious little swimming hole with shade parking
Jun 03, 2025 · Christiaan CokasIt’s a picnic area converted to camp ground. Has only 9 odd sites. 1 toilet no bathroom. No water outlets near camp site. Only nice part about the site is it is close to the lake.
