Truly, a wonderful place to ride if you’re going to ride into Eagle, be prepared for a lot of up-and-down the hills they are a bit slippery with rocks so if you’re horses, tender footed, get some rubber boots on him or shoes
Sep 15, 2024 · Karla NelsonVery nice campground, many of the camping sites have pens for your horses. Showers and flush toilets as well. Most of the trails are Sandy, and several fun destination spots to ride to with horse ties. Very friendly people from the local trail riders group. South Kettle Moraine trail riders.
Sep 03, 2018 · Debra AndersonOne of the better Ice Age parking options and trail segments. Great, new bathroom as well (non-winter). Requires a State parking sticker, which is good. Beautiful views!
Jan 18, 2022 · Bikes Boats Boots WIFall colors. Great trails. Pull through sights . Lots of trees. Ride the 87 miles of trails right out of camp. Ride over to Eagle WI and have lunch. 20 mile round trip. Tails are rocky. Shoes or boots if your horse is doing more than a few days of walking on them.
