★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1It's a great place to camp that's not too far from home but still feels a little secluded and away from rhe noise. The facilities are pretty dang clean considering it's a state park and most people are just eewww. Lots of wildlife!
April 27 · Julie Sears (JuliesGotYouCovered)Lovely campground. We have stayed here a couple times now. It's hard to beat the scenery, the lake, and the staff. Good bath houses. Great campsites.
May 08 · Michelle WillerNice park friendly people spots we're large and had a lot of trees, bathrooms were clean and large for wheelchair ♿️ access the only downside was only a few had small covers over the tables but overall a good stay
December 27 · Pat McDonaldWe camped here four nights October 2024, water and electric for $30/night. If it is a Corp Park so the America the Beautiful pass works here. Park is well cared for, sites are level and spacious. Hiking/biking trails and a 2.5 mile in and out hiking trail. It's amazing to have a nice park like this in such an urban area.
October 25 · Jerry LathemThis campground is peaceful, clean, and well-maintained—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The sites are spacious with plenty of trees and shade. Bathrooms and showers were surprisingly clean and stocked. It’s a great spot for hiking, grilling, and enjoying the outdoors. Definitely a place I’d come back to for a weekend escape.
