As I pulled up and parked owner drove up and approached my truck with an attitude saying"I know your not here for a spot because we are all booked up! I didnt even get a chance to ask if he had a spot. Rude obnoxious and obviously hates owning his business. Told him he needs to relax and left! 😁

Full hookups. Showers, restrooms, laundry, TV, and game room in the club house. Great location to stay during a softball tournament. While the property was clean and maintained, it is past its prime. A little updating / reinvestment would go a long way. I’d suggest starting with all the broken picnic table tops. Many reminders to not park on the grass, but the rock/gravel areas need to be renewed as they are covered in green weeds and grass. While the clubhouse could use some updates, it was clean and pleasant. It also had a basement to shelter in during storms. Overall positive and would stay again.

Full hookups were a plus, but overall not a very welcoming atmosphere. The internet they advertise on the website doesn't reach out to the campers. They say the pool was replaced by a basketball court, but it's just a cement pad with no hoop. I wouldn't let my kids play on the playground equipment due to the sharp, broken plastic slide and the overall dilapidated conditions. There isn't any signage to direct you to your spot, They are very strict about not parking in the grass, but good luck knowing where they actually mean by "grass" when it all looks the same as the intended parking spots. Only one of the dryers in the laundry work, and takes multiple cycles to dry the small load. Apparently it's been that way for some time. The fences are falling apart and there's piles of broken concrete. Someone needs to put some money into this place to get it back into shape. It's falling apart.

Most unfriendly camphost in the world. Owner/manager/camphost who ever he was. No one in the office when I got there. Called the number that was posted on the door and reached a cranky guy who walked me through the self check in. It was his day off. He helped me but was very grumpy and not very happy or friendly at all. If this business is an inconvenience for you sir, maybe it's time you move on. The campground is ok, everything worked. I've stayed here before and was treated very kindly.

Although the campsites themselves are spacious and easy pull through the Wi-Fi and cellular signals are terrible. The campground itself needs updating like new picnic tables and wiring as I’ve already blown a breaker just from running the AC in the campground is only half full currently there’s only one dryer but three washers your rounders are fairly polite management so so there’s open cornfields so the wind here is except excessive the campground needs shrubbery and trees to help block wind and rain but it is nicely positioned in the middle of town
