3.0
I stayed here for two months with my young son and husband. The owner was accommodating, made space for us with no reservation. Theres a playground and trampoline. Very quiet and there's laundry. No other amenities though, it seems there's repairs needed on multiple areas but I saw the owner fixing/improving nearly everyday. He will request cash and a large deposit, but always provided receipts and is a trustworthy guy. - Bristol Pratt

This hands-on management approach ensures issues are addressed and contributes to a positive guest experience, fostering a sense of safety and community.
  • Strong Sense of Community & Respect: The campground cultivates a simple philosophy: "follow the rules, police yourself, and be respectful." This promotes a harmonious and family-friendly atmosphere, where long-term campers feel a part of a close-knit community.
  • Proximity to Outdoor Recreation: Beyond the campground's boundaries, campers have immediate access to the Spring Valley Wildlife Area and Wetland (0.2 miles away), offering opportunities for fishing, boating, hunting, and wildlife observation.
