I don't recommend. Stayed here for 6 months due to work. We only stayed that long because everywhere else was full. We were on every waiting list for a 45 mile radius. The rv's are crammed into every nook and cranny... even alongside the drive into the place. Where we were placed at, people had boats and vehicles constantly in our way. Our canopy nearly touched the rv beside us. I literally had to duck under the front of the neighbors rv when going around my vehicle to get to my door. When it rains, there's mud and puddles everywhere... the gravels squishes and sinks when you walk on it. You are also really close to the interstate's exit for a truck stop, so you hear jake brakes from the trucks at all hours of the night. Price was $500/month with electricity and water included. No internet and no cable. Our 4th month there, the owner lost our check. He kept trying to get us to write another one and he didn't want to pay the canceled check fee for the previous check. Other's who stayed there at the same time complained of him losing checks & money orders as well. Stay somewhere else if you can. If there is nothing else.. I'm sure you could do worse.. I just haven't seen it yet. - Shea Balentine (lilahshea)

Four Seasons Campground Introduce

For many residents of Tennessee, finding a practical and affordable place to stay, especially for extended periods due to work or other circumstances, can be a challenge. Four Seasons Campground in Kingston, TN, presents itself as a solution for those seeking basic RV and camping accommodations. While not a resort-style destination, it serves a specific need, particularly for individuals and families who require a long-term parking solution for their RVs in the area. This campground is often considered when other, more amenity-rich options are fully booked, highlighting its role as a functional and accessible choice in the Kingston vicinity.

The experience at Four Seasons Campground, as reflected in various public accounts, is primarily geared towards utility and affordability. It's a place where you can secure a spot for your RV with essential hookups, offering a straightforward approach to camping and temporary residence. For those working on local projects in Oak Ridge or at the steam plants, for instance, a place like Four Seasons Campground can provide a convenient and cost-effective base. Understanding its focus is key: it's a no-frills option designed to fulfill fundamental needs rather than provide extensive recreational features.

Prospective residents and short-term visitors should approach Four Seasons Campground with an understanding of its core offerings. Reviews suggest that while it provides necessary services like electricity and water, and is conveniently located, there are considerations regarding privacy due to site proximity, noise from the nearby interstate, and limited on-site amenities. There have also been concerns raised about maintenance and administrative processes, specifically related to rent payments and repairs. This overview aims to provide a factual and transparent look at what Four Seasons Campground offers, helping local Tennesseans make an informed decision when considering it for their accommodation needs.

Four Seasons Campground is located at 120 Farmer Rd, Kingston, TN 37763, USA. Its address places it conveniently close to Interstate 40, specifically near Exit 356. This location is a primary factor in its accessibility, especially for those traveling with RVs or needing quick access to major transportation routes. Being situated near the interstate makes it an easy stop for overnight stays or a practical base for individuals who commute for work to nearby areas.

For residents across Tennessee, the campground's placement in Kingston offers a strategic advantage. Kingston itself is a town in Roane County, known for its proximity to Watts Bar Lake and its position as a gateway to various East Tennessee attractions. While Four Seasons Campground provides a direct link to the interstate, it also means relatively easy access to local services in Kingston, such as gas stations, convenience stores, and basic dining options. This blend of highway accessibility and local convenience is crucial for those staying for extended periods.

The proximity to major employment hubs like Oak Ridge and the local steam plants (Kingston Steam Plant, Bull Run Steam Plant) further emphasizes its suitability for workers. Commutes to these areas would be manageable from the campground's location. While the proximity to the interstate provides ease of travel, it's also noted as a source of noise, particularly from truck traffic and jake brakes, which is a consideration for those seeking a completely quiet retreat. Nonetheless, for practical purposes, its Kingston address and highway access make Four Seasons Campground a very accessible option for the local Tennessee population.

For residents across Tennessee, particularly those in the East Tennessee region, Four Seasons Campground in Kingston serves a specific niche in the local lodging landscape. Its primary suitability for locals lies in its affordability and practicality, especially for long-term stays. For individuals and families who are working on temporary contracts in the Kingston, Oak Ridge, or steam plant areas, or those experiencing transitional housing needs, the monthly rates at Four Seasons Campground can be a considerably more economical option than traditional rental housing or hotels.

Prospective residents are strongly encouraged to visit the site in person and communicate directly with management to fully understand the current conditions and terms of stay before committing.
