Fort De Soto Park Campground

Fort De Soto Park, 3500 Pinellas Bayway S #2528, Tierra Verde, FL 33715, USA

4.0
We spent a week at Fort Desoto Park Campgrounds. The park looked pretty good since reopening after the damage from 2024’s hurricanes. The picnic tables are all new. The shrubs are growing back. We were in the pet allowed area. There were nice walking paths by the water. The bathrooms were clean but could be remodeled. New washer and dryers. The camp hosts work hard to keep the park clean. The only con are the mosquitoes! But we’re in Florida and you can expect that. So bring bug repellent! The campgrounds are very close to the park beaches. We loved the dog beach! Fun trip!! - Catherine Coats Musselman
