The neighbors and people that are staying here are welcoming, its one of the reasons we have stayed for a few months. The one star is because of: Multiple lights out on poles, we called FPL ourselves and got those fixed, roads are terrible, pool has been broken multple times preventing it from being used, office does not respond to voicemail or emails. The new section seems very nice, we may give that a try next time. If someone from management sees this, here are 2 recommendations: 1) please invest in some sales and service training for your staff to provide exceptional service, they are trying but need training and 2) take some time yourself to follow up on inquiries from your valued guests asking for simple updates on broken items instead of ignoring them.

We enjoyed our 2 week stay here and would return because of the e proximity to Sebastian and Vero Beach.Here are some things we like about this campground:- close Sebastian which is a charming little town we loved exploring- clean and tidy grounds that are well maintained and we saw some improvements made during our stay like road repair and common areas improvements- the amenities are very well kept and spacious- the residents were quiet, lovely and friendly- large, grassy dog parkA few things we didn’t enjoy:- the noise from the highway- very, very close together sites- narrow roads and no walking paths- no playground or any open are for kids to play but the mini golf area- many permanent and long term residents and all seniors so it was a bit boring for a young familyOverall it was a good stay and we would come back as we loved exploring the region.

Where do I begin? This is our second stay at this resort. I loved the people! There were many terrific volunteers that make this a great place to stay. However, the park itself is getting run down. The roads were terrible! Patches of concrete with lots of pothole...a safety hazard. The park has been working on the water pipes "for years" per the people that come back every year. The pool pump was broken for weeks when we came in December and is broken again! They posted that there is a gym...there is a cheap rowing machine and a treadmill pushed over to the edge of the game room. There was a female employee that drove erratically our last stay. I complained several times about her and she was still here....we almost hit her twice but were awake enough to watch out for her! Michelle the manager sent emails asking for a 5 rating on this park, but honestly,it doesn't deserve it. The people living in the park and the volunteers at the park are the only thing I will rate a 5.

Many many deck screws and roof screws in my spot. I don’t know what’s going on in this campground but if they’re tearing down buildings to make spots for Rv’s. They should clean up the debris. Especially nails and screws. I’m going to be very angry if I get a blow out on the highway.Oh and the water pressure is non existent. Barely getting 30psi. Checked w my neighbors. They said same thing. Literally have to hold the toilet flush for over a minute for a proper flush and refill.It’s nice they able to accommodated me and do have some nice amenities. Pool, club house. But my camper had to built within the last 15 years and their spots are from the 1960s and haven’t been maintained. Some near the front look newish. Nicer. My Spot is full of ant hills, looks like hasn’t been weed whacked in years and very uneven ground. like the ground settled where maybe a small house used to be. And again deck screws everywhere.I probably won’t be back unless an emergency need. Can’t believe this is considered an encore resort in the tt package. You Can hear the highway but you drown it out w the tv and get used to it after a while.

RVs packed in like sardines! Sites are Waaaay too close together. Everyone is closer here than we have ever seen before.Roads are absolutely HORRIBLE full of potholes.Unless you are just looking for a place to sleep for the nite we cannot recommend this campground.Everything is so close with large palms planted very near the road that makes backing into a site quite a challenge.
