Emery Bay Campground

Martin City, MT 59926, USA

4.0
Beautiful area! We were in camp spot 2 and loved it. There was a trail right behind the campsite that had a view of the reservoir that was really peaceful. The site itself was spread out from the other campsites which we loved. It was a short walk to get to the beach/ boat launch. The bathroom was clean and had water behind it. The host stopped by and made sure everyone was bear aware. We were able to hang both our hammocks right behind our tent. The campsite and a good spot for the tent and came with a picnic table and fire pit. We did not have cell service while there. - Shauna Nielson

More specifically, it resides on the east shore of the massive Hungry Horse Reservoir, within the Flathead National Forest. To reach the campground, visitors typically turn off U.S. Highway 2 at Martin City and continue south on the main road through town, which becomes East Side Reservoir Road (Forest Service Road 38).
