East Fork State Park Campgrounds Reviews
Many of the loops have no bathhouse, with no explicit mention of this on the website. Tent campers beware! Look at the map closely. Thankfully we were allowed to switch sites. But still a pain. Also, the "campground beach" is more like a logjam. Don't even get your hopes up.
May 18, 2024 · Jacob VandenbarkWe had a group come to camp here. Overall we had a blast and the campground was great, clean, and the company (other campers) were extremely laid back. The bathrooms and showers were clean also. ****The only issues we had were that We had two campsites B23 & B24 and neither one of them had a grill in the fire pits (and both of ours for whatever reason were the only two without them, I checked). Also one of our campsites B23 we couldn't even use bc there was room for only one tent (online it says you can fit up to 6 people realistically you could fit a 2-3 person tent in that spot) and it had been raining so that only spot was a mud puddle the rest of the area was at a slope and/or concrete so nobody could pitch a tent there. I would still definitely go back.
Oct 22, 2018 · Amanda HuntSo you have to pay daily to go into the Williamsburg side of the beach . That's ok it's only 3$ however you apparently are not permitted to use the bathrooms and showers after visiting the beach. That's WOW for a state park that you pay to get into .
Jun 19, 2025 · ShannaWe love camping here and found our favorite campsite. The bathrooms are clean and the showers are hot if you go to a newer built shower house. I wish they had laundry but there is an excellent laundromat down the road. We plan on camping at least 4 times this year. Lots of things to see, but the park is huge, be prepared to drive around to get to places
Jun 16, 2019 · Tiffany ChouteauGreat camping. Huge park. Lots vary in size by a lot. Offers something for every camper. Lots of kids stuff to do. Good prices. Good park workers. Putt putt and boat rental available
