Douglas Fir Campground

Mt Baker Hwy, Deming, WA 98244, USA

4.0
This campground is set up perfectly for car camping: flat tent sites, fire pit with grill and picnic table at each site. Sites not too close together. A handful of bathrooms (pit toilets) which are kept clean and tidy. There's a covered eating space with a fireplace if one wants a fire in there----this was a salvation for me this past week with all the rain and staying in a tent. The location is great next to the river and loads of hiking in the area. And, Ron, the camp host, is friendly, helpful and clearly enjoys his job hosting the campground. - Jenifer Dore
