Jun 22, 2025 · Robin CardenWe came up for graduations and nurse pinnings at Western . We stayed 10 days for all the celebrations. This park was perfect. Quiet and relaxing. My husband stepped out the camper and fished on the Tuckaseegee which ran right behind us. Caught a few too. Host was very friendly and accommodating!! Clean bathrooms. We will definitely be back!!
May 27, 2025 · Mary FrazierFirst time visiting this campground. We stayed 4 nights.Campground has plenty of room to maneuver your camper into place. This is a new campground and they have planted some trees which will be great when they get bigger. The spaces are nice and flat and have gravel where gravel is needed. The power, water and sewage were easily accessible with plenty of water pressure. They have quiet time from 9pm-8am. It was peaceful the entire time, we never really heard anyone or anything. They have a bathhouse that looks new but could use a table or something to put your belongings on while showering and could use cleaning daily. The office was closed the whole time we were there. I will say that they did answer the phone when I called/texted.Internet was spotty and there was a fence almost the entire length of the campground between the campsites and the river. You could walk around it if you wanted to but the terrain was a little tricky. They have a great location. They are about a 1/2 mile from one of the best BBQ joints (Haywood Smokehouse) and Steakhouse (Boots) in Dillsboro and a short drive from Granny’s in Cherokee. We will visit again and look forward to seeing how the campground grows.
May 26, 2025 · Alana PenningtonWe have been staying here long term, the campground is excellent, very clean and the owners are always trying to make your stay excellent and will do anything to make you feel more comfortable! The owners are excellent in making your stay enjoyable! I would recommend this park to any and everyone! There is plenty of room for your RV and parking! We absolutely love being here! And you will as well! Come by and check it out, it’s well worth the time!!
May 31, 2025 · Annette HobbsVery nice campsites. Everything you need for your RV hookups. Spacious sites, picnic table and fire ring. We choice site #11, just across from the bathroom/showers. Site backs up to the river with additional area to hangout and enjoy the river view. The town of Dillsboro is 5 minutes away. Friendly little town with plenty to see and do.
