Cottonwood Resort Reviews
This place used to be the best place in the county to camp and be with family. It is now a cash farm of elderly year-round renting campers. Came here for 30 years and my family has been coming for almost 70 years. There are other more fun campgrounds still around in the area thankfully. Not everything being negative, the ice cream in the store is always fantastic and areas are kept clean. The beach is great (wear shoes). Still a place to drive by and visit when im in the area.
Aug 05, 2023 · Mike BrotatoA lot of help! They do very good service at the Ice Cream shop! And Max Brave is LIT!
May 13, 2018 · Unix GalaxyVery friendly! It accommodated all our needs! Loved just watching all the smiles on people as they walked by! Only reason I put 4 star versus 5 is the air conditioning needs to be bigger for the cabin we were in. But in their defense the owner did inform me they were just working on it. And it was a extremely hot weekend. With doors being opened and shut that also played a factor on how cool it stayed inside. Thank you so much for allowing us to share your piece of paradise!
May 31, 2018 · Kim ErskinGreat place to get away! Friendly staff and very helpful. Love it here!
Jun 12, 2020 · Chris KimeBest kept secret in Quincy/Coldwater Region! My family have been coming here for many, many years every summer and is Pure Paradise. Curt and Carrie are the best hosts in the world. They smile and wave everytime when we see them and make sure your stay is the very best. Clean restrooms and showers. Make sure you make reservations way in advance since very popular for camping. They have a great camp store to get all types of items, including the best ice cream. Also, while on the water they have 2 floating rafts for burgers, hot dogs, drinks, etc. How cool is that!
