Cottonwood Park

Campground ★4.0

Cottonwood Park (IPC, Bruneau, ID 83604, USA

4.0
Being owned and managed by Idaho Power, it is very ADA and handicap accessible with a combination of concrete and steel boat docks. Because the camping here is fee-based, it is usually best to reserve a spot online before you go. Each pullout is designed for RV or tent trailer camping but is easily tent capable. The downside of spending time here is the lack of any form of shade or cover, so bringing a canopy is almost always a must. Each site has a picnic table and a fire pit, and there are several group sites as well. This location is known for Trout, Catfish, Perch, and Sturgeon. But is mainly known for Crappie fishing. During the summer, you will very likely find a large group of people fishing off of the boat docks at all hours of the night. Many are from out of town, some of which travel from out of state to fish for Crappie in this location. - Anna Abbott
