Coleman's Campground Reviews
Very nice, little campground. Roomy sites, easy to maneuver roads and if you bring your dog they have a roomy area for them to stretch their legs. Bathrooms and laundry are all immaculate and shower water pressure is awesome. Their store is not stocked with much in grocery items but their firewood is priced very reasonable. We will DEFINATELY be back, hopefully for a longer rest than one, 2 day weekend.
Jun 09, 2025 · Rodney McVeyThe Coleman Campground is a great, small campground close to Oswego. I have a difficult time finding campgrounds that will accept three dogs and that don’t have breed restrictions. This campground accepts three dogs and doesn’t restrict breeds. They love dogs. There is a dog park that looked very well maintained( we didn’t use due to the heavy rains). When I arrived, it was during a rain storm and had been raining for the week prior. The Coleman’s had moved our campsite in order to put us in a a site that wasn’t as wet/muddy (very much appreciated). Additionally, they would smooth out the road to try and keep it from puddling up and creating holes. The sites were pretty level and had full hooks ups. The campground is very well maintained. They are very reasonably priced and the WiFi worked well. I highly recommend the campground and would stay again.
May 13, 2025 · Alyssa StoutStayed here for a outage I was working a couple months ago. Great owners who really have added a bunch of little touches all around. You can tell this place is handled well. Restroom with showers and laundry on site. A specific spot for dogs even tho people seemed to walk over toward my tent area a lot. If working nights and staying just be advised they do mow during the day sometimes. All in all really great place and really great people. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to camp in a tent, rv or what have you. ~ Baltimore.
Dec 05, 2024 · The Crypto TenguIt was a great place for me. Choose this as my first trip with a new trailer only because it was nearby. The owners couldn’t have beenmore helpful. Thanks again, you made it a wonderful adventure
Apr 21, 2025 · Mary Kay MatthewsGreat campground! Really cool hosts. Bill and Paula take really good care of the facility, and the campers. We were there for almost a month and they were always busy. Showers are very nice and very clean. We'd definitely camp there again!
