★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Karen and David were absolutely AMAZING!They went above and beyond to accommodate six kayakers who showed up without reservations. With storms forecasted to roll in, we were looking for a safe place to stay the night—and even though their policy requires advance reservations, they made our safety their priority. They placed us near the covered pavilion to ensure we had better shelter if the weather took a turn.Karen had just left the campground to attend to a family emergency, yet she still made time to help us. She was clearly concerned for our well-being and told us to hang tight while she arranged for David to come help us. Before ending the call, she even apologized for not being there in person—something she absolutely didn’t need to do, but it showed just how much she cared. Then came David—our hero of the night. He truly went above and beyond, checking on us multiple times and making sure we had everything we needed. He even asked if we wanted the cornhole boards and bags brought out!The facilities were impeccably clean, and the seasonal residents were warm, kind, and welcoming.Karen and David played a key role in making our family’s annual 3-day kayaking and camping trip even more enjoyable and memorable. We can’t thank you enough!
July 21 · Kimberlee JanoyanThe view is to die for! A completely covered pine forest, you feel like you are in a fairy tale land! Everyone is so friendly, inviting, respectful and conscientious. All with an authentic fish camp feel? I’ll take it all summer long! Amazing!
June 16 · Genevieve CaffelliAs a seasonal camper, these folks are outstanding at providing a wondeful experience. The grounds are well-cared for and always clean and tidy. They are not a campground that requires you to have the latest RV, so older, well taken care of coaches are welcomed.
