Coal Bluff Park Campground Reviews
It cost more to camp her with a tent then it does with a Camper. Be prepared for all of the extra fees and make sure you bring cash to leave because they tell you the fees have to be paid in cash before leaving. After leaving we then got a email stating we did not pay all of the fees. We were then provided with a address to send more money too. In no way should primitive, tent camping cost more then camping in a camper with power and water.

May 23, 2025 · Dana BusbyNot a bad park, as someone else mentioned it looks like most of the people there actually live there, just about all the campsites was full with trailers, nice lady was helpful when I called, do suggest calling first, it was ok for tent camping but really seems geared to RV camping. They also have tennis courts, swimming pool and a stocked pond for fishing, just watch out for the 4 foot long alagator.
Sep 26, 2021 · Dad OfSonicFan#1I think it’s a very good place to come. People are friendly, no one bothers you. It’s really quiet and relaxing especially if you can sit outside. Mrs.JoAnn the lady that runs it will help you anyway she can. She keeps everything straight around there. They do look after there people. They have a swimming pool and a place to fish and of course the lake for boaters and fishermen. They only thing that is agreeable with some other reviews is the service there and mosquitos. But we do the best we can with service which you can get WiFi and it does help and bring mosquito spray and you will be good. And a fire helps for those who likes fires. We have enjoyed staying there and recommend to anyone who loves to camp and get away.
May 02, 2024 · Alanna ClarkThe wifi and cable reception is terrible. I’m not sure if the water is safe to drink. It is very slimy. We always cooked with bottled water and put a water purifier on our camper. It is extremely quite there and the mosquitoes are terrible!!
