Campground ★4.0

UR 89, Logan, UT 84321, USA

4.0
I actually do like this campground. The upper loop has hook ups for camping trailers. It's a nice view and the employees at the check-in station have always been pretty nice and personable. The have awnings over the picnic tables. They do have a pretty nice washout area for boats. It's pretty legit. You pull your boat up on a raised pad and they have pressure washers to clean your boat. The spots aren't very big and the pads that are longer are pretty uneven. So make sure to bring leveling blocks. The water is not very accessable at all. There are some paths to get down to the water, but they are pretty steep. Then when you do get down to the water there really isn't any shore to fish on. But that is just the side by the campground. There is a boat dock here but I haven't been down to see it so I can't say much about that. There is one loop for tents and it isn't very nice. It reminds me of a small older KOA but for tents. There are showers down in that area though. The campground it's self is right next to the main road to get up and down the canyon. So you hear the traffic. Especially at night while your trying to sleep and a semi uses their engine brakes. Over all I do like this campground. It's close enough that you can plan a spur of the moment trip but far enough away that you are actually up in the mountains. Despite the traffic and lack of shore access I'll be back. - Colby Donnelson
