Canyon Country Campground & Glamping Reviews
We had a great stay in one of the cabins. Me, my wife, two kids and dog. Cabin was clean and exactly what we wanted; something between camping and a hotel. A simple one room cabin for all of us, but had a full bathroom, fridge and coffee maker. The campgrounds were in good shape, and the kids had a blast on the giant "ship" playground and the game room. Access to the canyon was right there, so hiking was easy to get to, and the other side of the canyon was a short drive away. The owners just took over, so there were a few areas that had not been updated yet, but everything that they had renovated was beautiful. They were also extremely nice and helpful on all levels. It was an excellent experience and we are already planning a return trip for the fall. Thanks!
Jun 11, 2025 · David MattockOur stay at Canyon Country Campground was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by friendly staff and a peaceful, well-kept environment. The campground is nestled in a beautiful, scenic area that feels like a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The sites are spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with plenty of room for both tents and RVs. We loved how private and quiet it felt, yet still had easy access to modern amenities like clean bathrooms, hot showers, and even Wi-Fi (a nice bonus if you still want to stay connected). What really stood out was the natural beauty surrounding the campground—incredible views, great hiking nearby, and star-filled skies at night. It’s a perfect spot for families, couples, or solo travelers looking to unwind and reconnect with nature. We’ll definitely be coming back—and next time, bringing more friends along! Canyon Country Campground is a must-visit for anyone who loves the outdoors and values peace, cleanliness, and great hospitality.
Jun 09, 2025 · Juan VilladaBrand new cabins all modern and we had our own personal sauna to use as well. After we walked 25 yards into the campground there was our own personal trail into the pa grand canyon. It was quite, peaceful and everything that was needed. All prices and costs were reasonable for a brand new luxury cabin that slept 7 people. Highly recommend. The small A frames are great for 3 people as well. Next time we want to experience the covered wagon.

Jun 08, 2025 · Marcela MontoyaRecently stayed for the first time. First time tent camping and the location was great for where we wanted to go.Bathrooms are clean. No mirrors, but that was OK. Shower and water pressure was great. Very warm! Only downside was not really a spot to put clothing so you definitely want to bring a small bag with you.Campsite itself was very easy to navigate, I liked the fact the lights are left on for the bathhouse so it was easy to find. Tent site is on the small side, but we definitely made it work.Pathway to the state park/trail is not maintained and pretty narrow in some spots, but that has nothing to do with the site itself. Just as a heads up for fellow travelers.Owners were pleasant and attentive.
