The value proposition of Campsite 28 lies primarily in its accessible location, quiet atmosphere, and connection to nature, rather than discounted rates or package deals.
However, it is always advisable for interested campers to inquire directly with the site manager or owner about any potential offers. Sometimes, local campgrounds might provide informal discounts for extended stays, repeat visitors, or groups booking multiple sites, especially during off-peak seasons. These types of offers are often communicated directly rather than through broad advertising campaigns. Given the nature of a more secluded site like Campsite 28, the best approach is a direct phone call or email to ask about any current availability or pricing considerations that might be in place. It's also worth checking if any local tourism boards or outdoor recreation associations in Allegany County might occasionally feature specific local camping spots, though this is less common for individual sites. The primary "offer" here is often the undisturbed peace and natural beauty at a potentially more accessible price point than bustling resort-style campgrounds.
As a more private or less commercially developed campsite, direct contact information like a dedicated phone number may not be readily available through broad public listings. In many cases, sites like Campsite 28 rely on online booking platforms or local word-of-mouth for reservations and inquiries.

Decent site. However there's a house nearby that has a few dogs that barked quite a bit during the night. Also we were warned that one of the dogs likes to visit. She didn't visit us but if you have dogs, you may want to take that into consideration.
