★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1We were involved with The Tennessee Freedom Bike Rally, beautiful facility, nice layout. Glamping tents were not available as many really like the setups. We'd be back for sure, had a blast as everyone did at this event. Stage was beautiful for the bands to play on!!
June 01 · David HatchWe had such a wonderful time staying here. The hosts were so accommodating, and the tents had everything we needed. We were lucky enough to stay in L & I, so had beautiful views to enjoy. Great location too! So near to hiking, breweries, vineyards, restaurants, and so many attractions. Glamping at its finest!Dog friendly! We were glad we took the truck, as sedans will need to drive very slowly to avoid popping a tire on the river rock path.
May 08 · Bethany HicksGreat little glampground nestled between all the state parks. Flew in from Texas and camped here two nights while we explored the waterfalls. The convenience of everything being set up made camping while flying very enjoyable. The showers were hot and very well maintained. Our tent was private and had a great view (Tent I)- even in the rain and wind it kept us cozy and dry. The host was very accommodating and went out of his way to make our stay enjoyable. It had extra amenities we didn’t have to pack (umbrella, blankets, chairs, heater). We did bring our own coffee mugs and supplies. The pavilion had power if needed. For the convenience it was well worth the price. Call the host & book direct. Would stay here again.
May 08 · Stephanie LloydWe absolutely loved this campsite! Clsoe the the lake, hiking trails, and waterfalls. My wife and I getting a little glamping while the kiddos get their first camping experience. We selected the Coleman site which was outfitted with a grill, flashlights, lanterns a speaker, and a larger tent. The hosts were super friendly and accommodating. They had an awesome firepit at the pavilion with food, beverages, and music. We were exceptionally lucky to have visited while the haunted attractions were on the property! There were 3 haunted houses, a fire breather, a corn maze, and sword fighting. Can't wait for next Halloween!
April 11 · Stephen DalyGreat divas glamping trip!! A group of ladies from our neighborhood went to Defenders Retreat and had so much fun! The yurts were homey and the queen beds comfortable. Chairs were supplied for sitting around the campfire. The location is great- only a mile from Canoe the Caney. We also hiked Burgess Falls only about 20 minutes away.I recommend this for groups, couples, families, friends…
