Campground at Ebenezer Park Reviews
Great campgrounds but we had an issues with a person in the office that would not help us out in any way and was very rude. We came in for 10 days and we had a very difficult time trying to get into our space due to the curve in road and asked if we could get a different site. The park was pretty empty at the time but she told us we couldn’t move due to weekend campers. So apparently weekend campers matter more than someone spending money for 10 days. We were fortunate enough to have a camper help us to get into our space and also a part Ranger named John were so very helpful.I did leave the office in tears due to the rudeness off the office person.

Jun 25, 2025 · Nick JacobsThis park is beautiful! But.... these reviews are about the camping. Lots of things to do here. Boating, fishing, beach, volleyball, biking and on and on. BUT the camping is a bit on the downside. This can be a beautiful place to camp, but it needs a lot of TLC. From what I was told, they do have plans to do some work around the park. Including doing away with site 24 which is the site I had and was TERRIBLE. I have a 20-foot camper and I barely fit. The passenger side is to the road, so when the stairs were down, they were almost IN the road. The other side was a swamp where the sewer is. We left a day early because it was going to rain, and it was already a swamp. The other sites are okay but close. If activities is what you like, then this park is for you. We enjoyed the many parks and areas to ride our ebikes. They have a beautiful semicircular pier with swings and picnic tables. My husband used the showers and said the pressure and heat were good, but they definitely need an updating. The internet was terrible. But TV reception was good.
Apr 25, 2023 · Donna HigginbothamNice campground. It is a public county park so non campers can get in with a gate code/admission. We only stayed one night as we were passing through.
Sep 22, 2022 · Lauren MartinWe enjoyed walk-in around the swimming area and looking at the lake on the other side. There are some nice swings on the walkway!
