Buffalo / I-40 / Exit 143 KOA Journey Reviews
Very nice campground. We stopped for one night and were very pleased with the ease of the entire stay. Registration was simple and the lady at the desk was super friendly. The lot was level enough to stay hitched. Hookup was easy. Traffic noise from the interstate was constant, but easy enough to drown out. I definitely recommend this campground.
Apr 22, 2025 · Ray AlbrightFirst time staying at a KOA & I was very surprised at how many amenities they offer! They have a pool, pretty decent wifi, clean restrooms, & great hospitality! Also, you won't break the bank staying here. We paid only $50 for one night which is a steal for all that is offered. In the photos below is the campground map that I was given & a pic of the restrooms.
May 28, 2025 · Modesty FreemanWe had a great stay here for 3 nights. The property is spacious, and the staff is so friendly!! It's conveniently located right off of I-40 and close to a few gas stations. It might be an issue if you're sensitive to noise, but I thought it just became background noise eventually. We would definitely stay here again.
Apr 06, 2025 · Alex SmithIn spite of a very rainy arrival with some mechanical issues, our stay here was pleasant. It was a quick overnight stay. When we arrived it was pouring rain and the site we booked was too small and sloped too much for us to level. Called and the manager quickly moved is to a concrete pad where we had room and it was level for us. Right off the interstate and while it’s a bit tight for big rigs (ours is 43’) it was a good stop.
Mar 17, 2025 · Chris & Lori WimmerEasy to get in and out of with my 42' rig. Didn't meet anyone since I came after 7p and left shortly after sunrise. Quiet location. Pull through has a little bit of an incline - watch the truck-camper for clearance.
