Buckley Park Campground Reviews
What an awesome little spot. I was there at the end of November, waiting out some bad weather when I stumbled upon this hidden treasure. Although nothing was open (bathrooms and other amenities), I was fully self-contained and grateful that they had power to plug into. The campground also offers working water and a dump station. Despite being next to the train tracks, it didn't bother me—I was just thankful to have a place to stay over. It's a donation-based campground, there's a little box by the entrance, so I stuffed some money in an envelope and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Plenty of fat squirrels were running around, and there's a lot of area to walk around and stretch your legs.

Jun 25, 2025 · Linda MunnBeautiful, clean campground with nice, clean bathrooms & great playground. Not a soul around except one large equipment operator in a tent. But I had to leave in a big hurry when a million flies took up residence in my car! Got out of there fast, raced down the highway at 65mph with windows down - wildly shaking a t-shirt trying to get rid of them. Drove 25 miles & still had 100 on the ceiling of my car@ Never experienced anything like it. Tomorrow they all leave or die!
