Seasonal RV Camping: Brookwood offers full-season RV camping, allowing you to set up your unit from May 15th through October 15th. This provides a hassle-free "home away from home" for the entire summer and fall, eliminating worries about finding peak-time availability.
Spring & Fall Flex Packages: These popular packages allow RVers to leave their units on-site for extended periods outside the main summer season. These often sell out quickly due to their value.
Customer Loyalty Bonus (Cyber Monday): Brookwood RV Resort (or its affiliated Lake George RV Park, as information suggests common promotions) offers a "Customer Loyalty" special bonus on Cyber Monday. This allows loyal guests to purchase gift cards and receive an additional 10% bonus on top of their purchase price, which can be used for campsite fees or retail/cafe purchases.
Booking Fees & Cancellation Policy: While not a promotion, understanding their clear policies acts as a form of transparency. They charge a $5.00 booking fee per registration. For cancellations, a 14-day notice is required to receive a refund minus a non-refundable deposit ($55 for RV/tent sites, $250 for cabins). Holiday weekends require a 3-night minimum stay.

Brookwood RV Resort Reviews
Absolutely loved our stay here... gorgeous location both inside and outside the park. NOT cookie cutter; felt close to nature...lots of blooming flowers. The biggest issue we experienced was low water pressure which really messed with our on- demand water heater. The old gal who appeared to be the manager had a less than a sunny disposition. Nonetheless, definitely my fav place in the past year...and we go to A LOT of campgrounds!
Jun 17, 2025 · Elsie- inFloridaWe thoroughly enjoyed our time here and even stayed an extra night. The campsites and the amenities are well laid out and easy to access. The woodsy setting is peaceful and relaxing. Clean, friendly, relaxing, what more can you ask for? Dave and I have spent a bit of time at campgrounds around the country and this one is extraordinary 👌 Dave & Carol
Jun 17, 2025 · Carol DeaneMy husband and I were seasonal campers here for over a decade, we started with the previous owners, who were much friendlier and more helpful than the current owners. The property is beautiful and the seasonal sites are nice. However, transient sites are all on top of each other. The front area looks like a parking lot, especially during the holiday weekends when it gets crowded. Although the property is beautiful, the owners have little to no respect for seasonal campers. They are often times rude and disrespectful and on several occasions the owner got in my husbands face and tried to antagonize him and start an argument. Additionally, he moved our camper on two different occasions (different winters) without asking us or having any type of transparent communication prior. The first time he moved our camper, he broke our shed as well as a bunch of other personal belongings that we had secured and covered for the winter. He also removed a section of our deck claiming it was broken. It was NOT broken, it was a solid deck and our daughter’s inspected it over in the deck graveyard. In the process of moving all our stuff, he also burried the sewer connection under rocks and my husband and daughter had to dig it out so we could connect our sewer hose. It was a very frustrating experience and we could not address it because if we would have tried, we would have been evicted immediately and we wanted to stay since we had other family there. Eventually, we did wind up leaving because it was no longer our peaceful getaway location.
Nov 21, 2024 · Mandy MatolaNot only was it 1 of the most spectacular cabins or Motels That I've stayed in in a very long time, but the owners bent over backwards to help me out of a jam, 1,000 miles away from home. To them, there were no problems. Only solutions. Thank you both for everything.
May 28, 2025 · Patrick BennettSuch a great place to stay! A beautiful setting!! Owners went out of their way to help get us settled on our site which was spotless and completely level along with providing us with information on the area attractions. Great location near Hiking trails, Ticonderoga Fort and Lake placid. The bathrooms were beautifully maintained with hot water! The laundry building was large and very clean. The owners pay attention to detail here. Would highly recommend Brookwood RV Resort. Thanks for making our stay so nice!!!!
