The value proposition lies in the annual association dues, which encompass various services and unlimited access to the extensive amenities. Prospective property owners should contact the association directly to inquire about available lots for sale, annual dues, and any associated fees for new members. It's also advisable to visit during one of their many community events or contact them to arrange a tour to fully understand the lifestyle and benefits of membership. Breezewood Acres Community Association Reviews
Family friendly camping. Tons of activities for the kids and adults. A truly great Experience!
Oct 27, 2024 · Juan Malave Jr.Went to get property out of shed with my cousin. Seems like a good place to relax and enjoy the mountains and nature. Saw alot of areas for children to play and adult amenities as well. Can't really judge the community since nothing is happening now in winter.
Feb 26, 2025 · Frank CastellanoThis place has a lot to offer which starts with security. The amenities are great. There is a clubhouse, mini golf, basketball, tennis courts, pool and comfort stations. It's a very quiet relaxing place for the whole family.
Sep 12, 2023 · Paulo ResendeAwesome place for kids to interact with other kids. My children bike ride and disappear for a long time while keeping in touch with their walkie talkies. The people are super friendly. Everyone says hi. Only reason I did not give 5 stars is simply because the restrooms need upgrading and some people really need to make the effort to upkeep their sites and not get to the point where it looks abandoned. I do love that we can see wildlife come to our site, but make sure you don't leave food outside overnight.
