★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Just got back from a fantastic 4 night 5 day stay. This has been one of our go to campgrounds for the past 7 years. Bathrooms and grounds are always super clean. Staff is extremely friendly. Lots of new activities this year. Kendra, one of the activity leaders, had great arts and crafts, scavenger hunts, "snowball fight" (water balloon) and activities going on throughout the day. Tractor rides by Pedro, and a fire truck ride are always a hit to close out each night. The river was beyond perfect!! Nice tube float with many different put in options, whether you want a long or short ride. We all enjoyed ploping our chairs in the water and just enjoying the scenery and company. Our site was very spacious, large and wooded with nice shade. They have done a ton of work as far as upgrading their roads, tree trimming, etc. Not once did our kids (3 and 5 years old) ask about going to the pool, which unfortunately is still being fixed. They were thrilled to see a blow up water slide instead. We are already booking a trip for later this year and next year too!
July 21 · Jason RobinsonNice place. They are undergoing some renovations including taking out the pool. I did not know this was happening when I made reservations nor was I ever informed. Luckily they have a wonderful lazy river. Looks like a few of the buildings need upgrades as well so this must be a year of improvement for them 😍
July 23 · Brenda BabcockBath houses are gross, not cleaned often enough, haven’t been updated in 15 years. Owner is rude. Rates keep going up and the amenities get worse, the pool hasn’t actually been open in 3 years during the summer even though they say on their website that it will be. Used to be a nice place when we first started coming but it has been poorly maintained over the years and is now dingy. the only think good about it is the river being right there. There’s also multiple electric and sewer regulations being broken here.
July 06 · PhoebeThe campground is a nice place with nice people. The only thing is the site i was on with my tent was bad. Rocky and lots ot roots. Unable to walk around with out tripping. Half the site in unusable to be used if you are tenting. This site in not on the Pemigewasset river but I paid the same amount to be put on a smaller river that connects to the big one.
July 21 · Tamara CruzThis place has gone downhill over the past five years. The pool is never working, although they advertise a crystal clear pool and mushroom waterfall. The rec hall is just that, a Reck. Dirt roads are treacherous. Yet the camping price keep going up. Oh, I'll be there this summer anyway, just not as long.
