Boston Mountain Horse Camp Reviews
Love this place. The trails are very well marked, you absolutely cannot get lost. When you’re ready to go back to camp turn around and you will see signs that say to camp the fastest way. Plenty of beautiful nature to see. Stalls are panels inside of a barn, that can be dark since there are no windows if the doors are pulled shut. In the summer it can get warm in there, but there’s an industrial size fan. Andrew is very accommodating.
Mar 08, 2024 · Terry SiessBeautiful trails, stalls are in the most dusty barn I have ever seen, stalls are panels all connected to each other, horses were fighting through the panels, bad situation waiting to happen. One bath one shower for all. (New big one being built, Sites are wide open for big rigs easy in and out, water and electric, no shade no sewer dump. Nice owner.
Sep 27, 2022 · Marcia VoorheesGreat place to ride, great place to camp. Really nice people. Many trails with all kinds of riding. Great trail map, never worried about getting lost. Will definitely be back!
Nov 09, 2021 · Robin CThis is a very nice horse camp. Met three other friends for a three day ride. Riding early, and floating the Buffalo River in the afternoons.
Jul 16, 2020 · Margaret MaysHorse trails goes through established primitive campsites, which is disturbing to those camping peacefully.....Meaning: Apparently leaders in group think that a trail "right away" trumps ethical courtesy of NOT walking or riding through (rather than around) someone's campsite. I hear some leader of the horse club instigating confrontations with campers over this. Gross.
