Binghamton Jellystone Park™ Reviews
We stayed here for the first time last weekend, and we had a blast! One of the best campgrounds we have been too. Even though it rained most of the time they constantly have events happening for the kids which is great, we saw the bears and ranger out and about so many times the kids loved it, the staff was all so friendly especially the Manager, they are willing to pretty much do anything they can to make it a great experience for you. We will definitely be back to this campground for sure!
Jun 17, 2025 · KelseyWe visited October 2024 and wish we only had good things to say but that was not the case. As frequent year round campers, we really wanted to love this campground for an annual visit. Especially since they advertise a lot of activities that would be great for our 2 young girls. Unfortunately, the front desk lady left a very bad taste in our mouth. She questioned in a demeaning manner who was at our campsite, and how many cars were registered. Note: the accurate of people and cars were registered ahead of time for the amount that was at our site the entirety of our stay. She passive aggressively and in a very lazy manner addressed her perception of a 75 year old speeding by locking the gate (overriding a key card) and not allowing a registered car through. The way she handled it was bad enough that we won’t be back. Hopefully in the future, their staff can live up to the beauty of the campground itself.
Feb 21, 2025 · Kathryn JacobsWe visited this week for my son’s birthday. Unfortunately it was raining so we were unable to use the outdoor amenities. However the GM Mariah went above and beyond for us. She came in after the front desk closed to let us in the rec room. We had the whole room to ourselves and she saved my son’s birthday!! We had a great night thanks to Mariah who really went out of her way to make sure we had a good time.
May 31, 2025 · BodeVery happy with our experience. Lots of weekend kid activities and stayed in a clean cabin with ac and mini fridge and table. Offers a game room, pickle ball court, and more. Going back for second camping trip. Kid age 12 tested and approved.
Mar 22, 2025 · Jenn McGohanMy family and a close friend and their family both rented camper rentals for a week. We found a great deal and planned it out. The campers were right next to each other with a great yard in a quiet spot.( sorry to the local campers for all the kids playing all day) when we first got there one of the campers didn’t have ac and they were quick to fix it. Then the next day the bathroom flooded and they were once again quick to respond. Anytime we had a concern, the staff was always pleasant and responded quick! One of the staff members really stood out to us and that was Maria. She was very welcoming. A handful of the lifeguards would go out of their way to interact with the guest and make sure everyone was comfortable. Any time you saw a worker they would talk with you and always had a smile. We even paid extra for the cookies to be delivered and they were delicious! Compared to another Jellystone this one had many activities for the kids throughout all days. I was upset that a couple things were only available on certain days but it did not stop us from enjoying the experience! My only complaint would be that the beds in the campers were hard, all of my party recommended to bring bed toppers to ensure a good nights sleep.
