Such a nice, shady, and quiet RV Park with the most beautiful trees you could imagine. Level gravel sites, concrete patios with sturdy picnic tables and dog park. May 28, 2025 · Cindy HarrisonGreat place to park your RV. We have used this place several times now while visiting our daughter at FSU. Friendly staff. Looks like they really cleaned up the place and put new driveways and common area roadways. Bathrooms were decent size with a stand up shower toilet and vanity. But they could have been a little bit cleaner. Common areas near the picnic tables and fire pit was also cleaned up since we were here last year. I think they might have new management. Super reasonable rates even during graduation weekend when hotels are charging $350 plus per night. We were in the back by the dog park and it was very quiet. Lots of shade trees all over the park which we really like.

Apr 09, 2025 · Caroll D.RVing is a lifestyle (eight respectable years in Florida alone as work campers, "back in the day")Big Oak Rejected today during a difficult move back to Florida. I am an online student with very little extra time to "recalculate"My van pulled a u haul this trip from Missouri. 2 dusty road days, one unload day, and new job tomorrow.I picked Big Oak RV location between storage and work. Excellent set up to finish the temporary transition. It may take one month to complete or I may go get the RV next month or on first time off. It's now 7 pm. I am dirty, tired and start work at a new job at 8 am and still not parked.Rejected by Big Oak RV because my van is STEALTHY, self-contained (tanks function inside) I am still searching to park and be ready to impress the new boss 😂 NOT a pleasant feeling to still be looking for a SECOND suitable place to park.I will recalculate this difficult day, get the van emptied as planned, and be to work on time because that is who I am. I now know who Big Oak is, too.
Jun 04, 2025 · PatriciaAnnI reserved a site for an overnight stay many weeks ago. This is an rv park (no cabins) & I found out when checking in that the majority are long term campers (lots of mailboxes in the office). We were given a beautiful site under the "big oak." After getting set up we looked up to see that several branches were low but not low enough to hit any of our equipment up top. I'm sure the owners realize this or would have cut the branches. This campground is so pretty with lots of plants around the trees and beside walkways. The bathroom is locked and has a code just for campers. There is a laundry room, cable tv, wifi, and a small dog park set behind the sites. We let our dogs explore it. We really enjoyed our short stay.
