Beaver RV Park & Campground Reviews
I absolutely loved this campground! We stayed in spot #8 and I was a little worried about the traffic since it is located right next to the entrance and boat ramp but it was so peaceful and relaxing! The bathrooms were the cleanest camping bathrooms I have ever used. The views are amazing! Great swim beach! The hosts are so friendly and you can tell they take pride in keeping the campground clean and making sure everyone is comfortable. I loved to see all of the dogs around the campground!! We brought our two dogs and they loved it! We already reserved a spot for Labor day weekend because we had such a good time. Can't wait until our next trip :)
Jul 07, 2025 · Christi ArmstrongThis trip was one of a kind. It looked too good to be true, but turns out it was even better. The owners went truly above and beyond. (Literally bringing us batteries in the middle of the night because we couldn’t find any.) I felt so safe traveling with a group of girls. They were quick to help. I will be coming back as soon as I possibly can!
Jun 25, 2025 · Elizabeth GoodmanThis was our second stay at Beaver Campground, and while the site we reserved was not available due to flooding, Heather was very accomodating and moved us to a lovely spot. The campground has terrific views and the hosts are very attentive to the guests. Restrooms and showers are clean as is the entire campground. I recommend the hike around Lake Leatherwood, which is nearby. We will definitely be back.
Jun 23, 2025 · Lora HayesNew camp host Heather and Bobby are extremely conscientious taking care of the entire park. They were extremely friendly and helpful. We had reserves site #34 by the water but it was flooded out, the host took us down there and offered several sites near there so we could have our choice. We picked one close to flooded one but still had clear view to watch the boats go by. We picked #38, gravel sire with a picnic table, fire ring and grill and pull thru with water and 30 amp electric. Pit toilets but no smell and very clean. I would recommend this campsite and I will definitely come back. They do have full hookups with water 30,50 amp and sewage hookup. I don’t think you would be disappointed. I will be back!Marty and Kelly Linn
Apr 14, 2025 · Kelly LinnThe host are very friendly and accommodating. I had left my 50amp to 30amp plug at home, so the hostess drove to town 30min round trip and purchased one. They let me borrow it at no charge.
