The beach area is very small and down a steep hill. There were a few picnic tables but not many near the beach. Although it's a lovely park with trails and lots to offer the swim beach was very unexciting. Go for other reason. We watched quite a few families look at the beach and leave with disappointed kids. There were quite a few watercraft in the lake near the swim area creating wake that made the few people who were trying to enjoy the water hang on to floaties and tubes for dear life. We'll be back to High Cliff but not to swim. - Tonya F
